Stephanie AlvarezDistrict EH&S Leader With almost 8 years as an Army officer piloting the UH60L Blackhawk helicopters Stephanie has been extensively trained and experienced in management, leadership, and team building. In her leadership role at Trane, Stephanie provides support and assistance for Health & Safety needs, including safety audits and inspections, record-keeping, industrial hygiene monitoring and assessments, equipment inspections, safety performance tracking and reporting, and program development. She also promotes a proactive safety culture through investigations, reports, and training. |
