Overview
The GSA project is a very large energy contracting project that encompasses 10 Federal Buildings in Manhattan. GSA desired to upgrade buildings to support sustainability efforts and selected Trane as the general contractor for these upgrades. All the buildings are fully occupied, so occupant disruptions must be kept to a minimum.

Trane is an ESCO and our NYC Office has the expertise in managing large complex contracting projects.

This is also a Performance Contracting Project and we will measure the energy savings for 18 years.  Performance Contracts utilize energy savings to fund the cost of the project.
