Joelle QuartiniHuman Resources Business Partner As District HR Leader, Joelle is focused on supporting the team to achieve their strategic business goals with her specific efforts concentrated on building talent capability and organizational effectiveness, improving employee engagement and driving our winning culture strategy. Since Joelle joined Ingersoll Rand/Trane in 2013, she has held varying positions, including HR Generalist in our Chiller manufacturing facility in La Crosse, WI; Organization Development Specialist at our Ingersoll Rand corporate headquarters and most recently Commercial HR Business Partner for Ingersoll Rand’s Compression Technologies and Services business. Joelle’s varying experiences allow her to bring a unique perspective to her role in the NY/NJ District and enable her to successfully address business opportunities and provide change support to the organization. In addition to her experience, Joelle brings drive, energy and passion for HR and for improving overall organization effectiveness. Joelle received her Master’s in Human Resources Management from Rutgers University in New Brunswick, New Jersey. |
