A four-sided heat exchanger also gives you more application flexibility in a smaller footprint.

Nv Series — for optimal energy efficiency and quality control. This solution employs energy-saving inverter-driven compressors with higher SEER and HSPF ratings. This is also an ideal option when you want the advantages of ductless technology without major construction and remodeling.

Trane helped GSA Region 2 make history this year by helping them earn $2.2 million in rebate revenue, almost double the estimated $1.2 million originally anticipated, as a result of executing projects through the Department of Energy’s energy savings performance contract. Representatives from Trane and Con Edison presented and Region 2 employees with a ceremonial check in the amount of $2,233,859 to signify revenue earned for installing energy efficient equipment that will lead to cost savings in GSA owned and operated buildings.  Read more

Massive crane fits pieces into place for energy efficient mechanical upgrade at GSA facility in Brooklyn.  The Theodore Roosevelt US Courthouse at 225 Cadman Plaza East now has a more energy-efficient chiller to the cool the building and save taxpayer dollars.   The installation of the new chiller and other building upgrades are expected to save taxpayers nearly $1M annually, while increasing cooling capacity.  The installation of the new chiller is one of 98 energy conservation measures being managed by Trane and implemented throughout 10 federal buildings in GSAs Region 2.
